Mount Washington State Forest Loop

The understory of mountain laurel and hobblebush blooms spectacularly in late May and early June, transforming the forest floor into a sea of white and pink blossoms. Spring brings abundant wildflowers including trillium, trout lily, and Canada mayflower along the wetter sections of trail.
