Eagles Nest Trail

The Eagles Nest Trail at Red Rock State Park climbs to the highest point within the park, rewarding hikers with spectacular 360-degree views of Sedona's world-famous red rock formations. From the summit, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, and the Mogollon Rim all come into view simultaneously, offering one of the most comprehensive panoramas available without requiring a strenuous backcountry hike. The trail begins near the park visitor center and ascends steadily through chaparral and scrub oak communities before reaching the exposed sandstone summit area.
